If you are an Allegiance SMS Feedback text user you may have questions about privacy, cost, or other use-related questions.

Allegiance does not charge a fee for any feedback sent using Allegiance SMS Feedback over a mobile phone. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider for more information on your current text messaging fees. Each text message sent to Allegiance SMS Feedback will result in a reply sent back to the user’s mobile phone, one msg per query.

To opt-in and provide us with feedback, text the word Engage to 46789 to begin. Send HELP to 46789 for information about our feedback program. To cancel further interaction with Allegiance, once you have initiated feedback using Allegiance SMS Feedback text messaging, Send STOP to 46789 from your mobile phone. Sending STOP ALL to 46789 will end all open feedback transactions.

If you have initiated feedback, but have not provided any comments, Allegiance may send you a reminder asking for feedback, or to cancel the transaction.
