NOTICE AND CHOICES
MaritzCX is a family-friendly company and does not publish information that is not suitable for children or minors. Examples of pornography, offensive language, graphic pictures, or violence are not published on any MaritzCX site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of our receipt of personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to promptly remove such information.
Information Collection & Use
MaritzCX will only collect your personal information (such as your name, email, address or phone number) if you provide it voluntarily. The information collected through this website is used by MaritzCX for marketing and/or to contact the visitor to resolve questions and/or concerns.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
MaritzCX reserves the right to share your information when required by subpoena, court order, applicable law, government statute, regulation or other legal process. Additionally, we may share your information when we have a good faith belief that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or respond to fraud, defend our websites or Services against attacks, or protect our property and security, or our customers and users. At times, we may append your contact information by purchasing updated address, phone and other corporate information from national list companies. ACCESS AND DATA INTEGRITY
Your Account Access
Usernames and passwords are stored in our databases. All passwords are encrypted. Account information is kept secure and used solely by you to access your client account, and to facilitate communication. Company administrators have permission to make corrections or changes to their account information as needed. User information is stored only when a user voluntarily gives this information for use by a client company. No information is released outside of MaritzCX unless with the authority of the user or as required under applicable law.
MaritzCX Partners (Technology and Resellers)
The privacy and security of the data of all of our partners is considered in the architecture of our proprietary platform. The data of all MaritzCX partners is logically isolated from the data of all other MaritzCX partners. The data is stored in a single tenant manner to prevent cross-contamination of any data in the platform. Support personnel of the platform are trained in data privacy policies and procedures that prevent disclosure of a partner’s information. The platform is architected to support the services of multiple partners without conflict.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

MaritzCX has implemented a number of security features to help prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Although the company strives to create and maintain a secure and reliable site for you, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from MaritzCX via the website or email cannot be guaranteed.
You may unsubscribe or opt out of receiving electronic communications from us at any time. We contact customers, prospects, and survey respondents with different types of communication: operational, marketing, and research. To opt out of our marketing communication, go to the unsubscribe page and enter your email address. Customer operational email preferences can be customized within the platform. When you unsubscribe or opt out of a research program, you will no longer receive any unsolicited electronic communication related to the same program offering. Clicking on an unsubscribe link in the email invitation will take you to a web page where you can complete the opt-out process. Certain programs will provide a contact for support or other means to remove your name from our contact list. Please allow up to 10 business days of our receipt of your request for the unsubscribe or opt out process to take effect.
MaritzCX has committed to attempt to resolve privacy complaints in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield principles. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information and to file a claim with the JAMS EU-US Privacy Shield dispute resolution program. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you. Under certain circumstances, EU individuals may seek redress from the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism.
MaritzCX commits to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
