MaritzCX™ Wins Patent for Spotlight® Data Mining Solution

SALT LAKE CITY – January 21, 2015 – MaritzCX today announced it has been awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for technology that powers the SaaS-based Spotlight data mining solution. Spotlight combines customer feedback with operational and transactional data to guide customer-related decisions across an organization and improve customer retention.
Spotlight is the first and only data mining tool to be fully integrated into an online, enterprise-class customer experience platform. It automatically analyzes every possible combination in a dataset to illuminate segments that guide real business decisions.
