Lehi, Utah — September 12, 2018 — Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources, is Implementing MaritzCX’s Customer Experience (CX) Platform for business intelligence at its Nalco Champion, Nalco Water and Ecolab Food & Beverage businesses.
Ecolab has existing CX programs that it has been running for many years. The company will enhance the efficiency of its CX program by centralizing it onto the single CX technology platform.
