MaritzCX appoints Chase Petrey as new COO Europe

Chase Petrey has been appointed as European Chief Operating Officer (COO) for MaritzCX, the global leader of customer experience (CX) software and services solutions. He replaces Oliver Kipp, who has recently been named Chief Customer Officer.
Chase joins the MaritzCX Europe team of almost five hundred technology, research and consulting professionals who are supporting over half of the Global Fortune 500 companies in gathering and acting upon customer feedback with the goal to continuously improve the customer experience across all touchpoints. Chase will be working out of MaritzCX’s UK offices.
Chase holds a dual degree in political economics and business administration. He has many years of experience and a proven track record in helping data focused technology businesses including Salmat and Allegiance grow rapidly. In his latest assignment, Chase joined MaritzCX to open the Australian operations. In just over two years since its foundation, the Australian business of MaritzCX has grown from a start-up to become the regional customer experience leader across the APAC region, servicing the largest clients from the Automotive, Financial Services, Telecommunication and Logistics industries.
