Sinoway to lead MaritzCX to next stage of growth and success
SALT LAKE CITY (Nov. 29, 2016) – MaritzCX, a global provider of customer experience (CX) software and services, is announcing the appointment of Michael Sinoway as president and CEO of the company. Sinoway succeeds Carine Clark, former president and CEO, who has stepped down.

Prior to MaritzCX, Sinoway served as CEO of Avatar Solutions, an integrated SaaS-based patient experience company, acquired in 2016 by Press Ganey. Avatar focused on improving the patient experience for its healthcare clients using a modern data platform. Sinoway also has significant experience in research, service and technology-based businesses. He has led research services for Disney and other market research firms, and deployed CRM technology for Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte Consulting.
