Former American Family Customer Experience Lead Joins Maritz Research

ST.LOUIS (MAY 21, 2014) -­ Established customer experience management leader Matt Inman has joined Maritz Research–one of the world’s largest marketing research firms–as Senior Director, Strategic Consulting. He will use his unique, client-side perspective to provide cross-sector support, solutions, best practices, and insights to Maritz clients. Based in Sun Prairie, Wisc., Inman will apply best practices from the industry-leading customer experience programs he developed and managed at American Family Insurance.

With 18 years of experience, Inman has a strong foundation to draw upon when helping clients design and apply marketing research. Prior to joining Maritz Research, he was Director of Customer Experience and Satisfaction at American Family Insurance for six years. He also held a number of other market intelligence and research roles with the insurance company.

Inman holds a master’s in Marketing Research from the AC Nielsen Center for Marketing Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Society of Insurance Research. He is the father of five, speaks Spanish fluently, and was twice named to the All Midwest Rugby Team.
