CXFusion 2016 Delivers the Promise of Customer Experience

SALT LAKE CITY, May 4, 2016 – CXFusion, the global conference for customer experience (CX) professionals, sparked ideas and ignited the imagination of more than 500 participants gathering to discover new ways to get closer to customers. The conference was held on April 25 – 27, 2016 in Las Vegas and followed the theme of “Delivering the Promise of Customer Experience.”
Carine Clark, president and CEO of MaritzCX, opened the first session with an overview on the explosive growth of the CX industry. Clark demonstrated how making the right improvements help organizations leapfrog the competition and catapult their CX programs far ahead of industry averages.
Adam Edmunds, chief strategy officer of MaritzCX, shared new MaritzCX platform products and services, including:
- PredictionCX – a first-of-its-kind capability to help businesses grow by analyzing known customer information and applying it to predict customer loyalty.
- SocialCX – a first-to-market CX product that helps businesses influence their online reputation by encouraging everyday customers to generate positive reviews, leading to a more favorable social presence at the local level and increased customer conversion.
- CXEvolution — a comprehensive framework for assessing, measuring and prescribing specific actions proven to link customer experience maturity with financial outcomes.
Other keynote speakers included Megan Burns, VP Principal Analyst, Customer Experience at Forrester Research, Charles Best, President & CEO of DonorsChoose.org, and David McCandless, an author, data-journalist and information designer. CX Rockstar awards were presented to REI, American Express and Activision for their CX program successes.
