MaritzCX tackles the CX battleground at CXForum London 2016
Experts including Volkswagen, Smith+Co and British Council come together to discuss aligning customer experience (CX) with real business outcomes
High Wycombe, England – 1 September 2016 – MaritzCX, a global leader in customer experience (CX) software and services, has announced its second CXForum – “Delivering the Promise of Customer Experience” – will take place on 6th October 2016 at London’s OXO Tower.
Customer Experience (CX) is the new battleground for companies to maintain a competitive advantage. Yet while investment in CX has grown proportionally, almost 75% of all CX professionals feel their customer experience efforts fail to have a positive impact on their business results. CXForum is a one-day event dedicated to driving continuous improvements to the industry. It will bring together leading industry innovators, practitioners and MaritzCX experts to introduce a number of best practise models, cover skills advice and showcase visionary technology to help companies successfully advance CX.
Keynote speakers at the conference will include Tim Wade, Managing Partner at CX consultancy Smith+Co, Volkswagen’s Mark Randall, Group Roadside Assistance & Network Quality Manager, and Pete Hogg, Customer Insight Manager at cultural relations organisation British Council. The event will be opened by Dr Janne Ohtonen, Head of Customer Engagement at airline rewards provider Avios.
