MaritzCX Redefines the Business of Customer Experience, Seizes Global Technology Lead

LONDON, ST. LOUIS and SALT LAKE CITY — November 5, 2014 – Maritz Holdings Incorporated (MHI) today announced it will acquire Allegiance, Inc. and is combining it with Maritz Research to create a new independent company, MaritzCX™.

The new company combines the market sector, marketing science and research consulting expertise of Maritz Research with customer experience software and programme services from Allegiance. MaritzCX will offer a global solution, continually collecting and analysing the voice of customers and employees — combined with deep strategic expertise to advance customer experience and create positive business outcomes.

The company will set a new standard for the multi-billion dollar customer experience (CX) industry by offering the only scalable, global, flexible CX service for mid-to- large organizations.
