MaritzCX appoints Chris Travell as Director of Insights Automotive

London, 7th March 2018

Chris Travell has been appointed as European Director of Insights for Automotive.

Manufacturers spend millions to get customers to visit their dealerships, but if the customer experience (CX) is not exemplary, that investment is wasted. With a strong history in the automotive industry, MaritzCX is tirelessly working on improving the return on CX investment for its global automotive clients.

With Chris Travell joining MaritzCX as Director of Insights, the company continues to support its key clients to understand what drives their CX, drilling down to the relevant insights that are often hidden, but are essential to improve their CX strategy.

Combining his Japanese experience with his lifelong passion for the automotive industry, Chris Travell started out his career working for Mazda and Toyota in various head office and field capacities. In 1996 he came to Maritz Research where he was responsible for the Canadian automotive research consultancy for over 19 years. After two years Director of North American Automotive Solutions at Bond Brand Loyalty, Chris returns to MaritzCX.

Chris commented on his move “I am truly excited to be returning to MaritzCX, and working with key automotive clients to tell the story that is hidden in the volumes of data, that in general, many clients possess. In my consultancy position, along with the Insights team, we will be able to go beyond the data in order to solve the CX challenges clients face by identifying insights and building tangible measurements, ultimately driving positive business outcomes.”
