Newly appointed VP of Channel Sales & Strategy EMEA, Marc Botham, joins MaritzCX from Microsoft to lead the expansion through an ecosystem of strategic technology and alliance partners and channel
London – November 17, 2016 – MaritzCX, a global provider of customer experience (CX) software and services, has announced its expansion of the Company’s partner ecosystem throughout EMEA. Marc Botham has also been appointed as Vice President of Channel Sales and Strategy for EMEA. Botham comes to MaritzCX from Microsoft, where he was the Director of the UK SMB channel, to work with industry-leading partners and value-added channels to build programmes that will take MaritzCX to a widening range of demanding CX customers.
The EMEA partner programme will offer a tailored programme approach to partnership allowing partners easy access to integrated and complementary technologies and services that will leverage the capabilities of the MaritzCX platform and improve the ability of our partners to differentiate, compete and grow in their markets. By including Partners with territory, technology, data management, vertical, and business consulting expertise MaritzCX can quickly advance any customer’s organisational CX capabilities and maturity.
