Maritz acquires Allegiance to create MaritzCX

Maritz Research has acquired Allegiance in order to form the independent company MaritzCX. The new company combines expert research with customer experience software in order to turn customer experience programmes into operational business processes designed to run in real-time. The new company will employ more than 900 employees in 18 offices across five global regions. Read more at Research-Live.
