MaritzCX Appoints New Vice President Business Development and Partnerships to Expand Partner Ecosystem
Open partnership model helps businesses achieve higher customer experience maturity and grow revenue faster
HIGH WYCOMBE – 22 September 2016 – MaritzCX, a global provider of customer experience (CX) software and services, has named J.D. Jeppson as vice president of business development and partnerships to expand the company’s partner ecosystem. Jeppson will work with industry-leading partners and channels to build programmes that bring greater value to MaritzCX customers.
Wide-ranging and comprehensive, the MaritzCX Partner Ecosystem offers clients easier access to and integration with complementary technology and services – expanding the capabilities of the MaritzCX platform. It also helps clients achieve the promise of CXEvolution, a framework that aids companies in assessing their CX maturity and reaping the financial rewards of evolving up the scale. Current partners have been established in the areas of technology, data gathering, value-added resellers (VARs) and consulting. MaritzCX also has a growing number of referral partners who identify potential clients and engage with the MaritzCX sales team.

Jeppson brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and management to MaritzCX. Most recently, he served as technology sales director for Oracle and was previously EVP of sales for Allegiance Software.
