2015 Preview: The biggest trends

Research-Live contributors offered their predictions for the key trends of the coming year, including thoughts on polling in the upcoming general election. While a number of predictions were made for next year’s trends, there was one recurring theme among them: the expectation that the lives of researchers will be made easier through automation. Other themes discussed included coming together, tacit knowledge, customisation, agility and transparency. In terms of the general election, Nigel Cover, VP of Business Services Europe at MaritzCX, suggested that poor polling could be a trend for the coming year. Read more at Research-Live.
