Free, Online Assessment

Our free, web-based assessment provides the quickest way to baseline an organisation’s CX efforts and programme. By analysing an individual’s responses about their organisation’s people, processes, organisational structure, information systems, customer focus, and culture, this assessment provides an excellent starting point for CX advancement.

Diagnostic Assessment

Our mid-level assessment gathers responses from across an organisation to get a more accurate picture of an organisation’s CX maturity.

What You’ll Get: Detailed, personalised summary of organisational health written by a CX professional—as well as a relative measure of performance in each of 6 dimensions and 14 competencies, and a set of goals and recommendations to advance CX maturity.


Prescriptive Assessment

MaritzCX will conduct an extensive review of CX efforts and service climate through surveys as well as one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders.
