The eNVy awards are based on new vehicle buyers’ independent feedback of verified vehicle owners via NVCS. The final eNVy award scores were calculated using NVCS independent feedback and segment-specific importance weights. Only 2018 model year vehicles were included, and each vehicle required a minimum of 100 ratings to be included in the rankings.
The MaritzCX New Vehicle Customer Study is one of the most trusted and most used new vehicle buyer behavior studies in the automotive industry. For over 50 years, this study has given automotive manufacturers and suppliers insight into vehicle shopping and buying patterns to serve as a roadmap for vehicle design and marketing activities. With 200,000 domestic and 50,000 Canadian responses from buyers and lessees of approximately 325 vehicle types, automotive manufacturers and OEMs are able to cost-effectively leverage a massive amount of current and historical insight from this long-standing study.
The eNVy awards recognize vehicle manufacturers in the United States. Award recipients are determined based on a full year of NVCS score responses from thousands of buyers who purchased new 2018 model year vehicles.
