Do You, Your Team, Your Company Exemplify Exceptional Customer Experience?

If so, the nomination period for the second annual CX Elite Awards from MaritzCX is now open. The CX Elite Awards celebrate the achievements and exceptional impact practitioners and companies are making in their customer experience efforts. Each award recognizes and celebrates innovative practitioners, companies, and CX programs.

CX Elite Customer Experience Categories

  1. Excellence in CX Program ROI/Business Performance Improvement
  2. Excellence in Transforming an Organization (New program or evolved program)
  3. Excellence in Adopting a Customer-Centric Culture (People, Execs)
  4. Excellence in Implementing or evolving a CX Program (Regional or Global)
  5. Excellence in Other CX Program Initiatives (Examples: Mystery Shopping, Integration of Digital etc.)

CX Elite Nominee Criteria and Details

Submit a nominee today to gain recognition, to reward and motivate elite teams, and to drive understanding in the industry of your innovative and elite CX contributions. You may submit an entry for your program or submit an entry on behalf of another company. All nominees are eligible to enter if their CX program is delivering on one or more of the outlined criteria. Submissions will be accepted from all regions: North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and of any size and level of maturity.

Winners will be notified in March. Award winners will be announced and recognized during CXFusion, April 12, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winning CX practitioners and companies will receive a prestigious CX Elite award, digital award signature, and inclusion in award publicity. Winners will have the opportunity to receive their award in person at the CX Elite Awards Breakfast, April 12, 2018, as part of the MaritzCX CXFusion conference. Attendance at this event is not required to win.  Winners unable to attend the award breakfast and presentation will receive their award mid-April, 2018 by mail.

Terms: All submission information will be confidential. If selected as a winner, you grant permission for the submitted CX practitioner’s and company’s names to be included in award publicity (press releases, blog posts, etc). There is no cost or obligation to win. Winners are selected at the sole discretion of MaritzCX. Award winners are not required to attend CXFusion.
