Basic Analytics for CX
For those who are new to CX or market research or just need a refresher course, Basic Analytics provides an overview of modern analytical methods. Topics covered include probability theory, sample methodology, introduction to Bayesian concepts, machine learning principles, and traditional parametric t tests, z tests, one way ANOVA, correlation, and non parametric approaches. It is a hands-on coursed designed for those who have some background in statistics, but may be a bit rusty. Special emphasis is placed on the application of analytical techniques to CX activities. Challenged to tell a story with data in an exciting and compelling way? This 2 day training seminar explores approaches to story telling using the backward research process and other techniques to help design presentations that stick.
