Thank You for a Great Year!

2013-calendarAs 2012 draws to a close, we want to thank all of you for another great year. Because of your support, not only did we have strong growth, but Allegiance also gained major customers and key personnel, announced innovative new products and was recognized with many awards.

Chief among our new product offerings in 2012 is Allegiance Spotlight, the first and only data mining product built for businesses that need to get high-value insights from large customer datasets quickly. From the feedback we have received, customers have been delighted and amazed with Spotlight’s ability to automatically analyze every possible pattern in a dataset and uncover insights that will positively affect their business outcomes.

Also in 2012, Allegiance added several key hires, including the recent exciting announcement that Carine Clark, former SVP and CMO of Symantec, will become the new Allegiance CEO. As the former SVP and CMO for Symantec, Clark has twenty five years of experience building successful software companies. Carine is a savvy leader who will help us capitalize on our strengths, continue to think big, and accelerate our growth.

This year Allegiance also strengthened our management team with the addition of Andy Compas (Omniture/Adobe) as VP of Client Services, Jennifer Buyer (Fidelity Investments) as VP of Best Practices and Andrew McInnes (Forrester Research) as Director of Product Marketing.

The company was also recognized with several prominent awards, including Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine’s 2012 CRM Excellence Award and 2012 TMC Labs Innovation Award for the Spotlight data mining product.

The Allegiance 2012 VOCFusion event in Las Vegas was are most successful yet, attracting hundreds of VOC/CX professionals for workshops, speakers and networking sessions that focused on driving business growth through customer intelligence. Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, keynoted the event and the new Allegiance eBook “Delivering Customer Intelligence” provided in-depth how-to’s and insights from industry experts.

It has been a fantastic year for Allegiance, which would not have happened without your help. We want to wish you a happy New Year and a prosperous 2013!
