Celebrating Exceptional CX Efforts
The CX Elite Awards celebrate the achievements and exceptional impact practitioners and companies are making in their customer experience efforts. Each award recognizes and celebrates innovative practitioners, companies, and CX programs.
Submit a nominee today* to gain recognition, to reward and motivate elite teams, and to drive understanding in the industry of your innovative and elite CX contributions. Submissions will be accepted for your CX efforts, or you can submit a nominee on behalf of another cx practitioner/company. All nominees are eligible to enter if their CX program is delivering on one or more of the outlined criteria. Submissions will be accepted from all regions: North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and of any size and level of maturity.
CX Elite Award Categories
- Excellence in CX Program ROI/Business Performance Improvement
- Excellence in Transforming an Organization (New or evolved program)
- Excellence in Adapting a Customer-Centric Culture (People/Execs)
- Excellence in Implementing or Evolving a CX Program (Regional/Global)
- Excellence in Other CX Program Initiatives (Examples: Mystery Shopping, Integration of Digital etc.)
CX Elite Award Details
The CX Elite Awards nominations will be accepted January 25th through February 23, 2018. Winners will be notified in March. Award winners will be announced and recognized during CXFusion, April 12, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winning companies will receive a prestigious CX Elite award, digital award signature, and inclusion in award publicity. Winners will have the opportunity to receive their award in person at the CX Elite Awards Breakfast, April 12, 2018, as part of the MaritzCX CXFusion conference. Attendance at this event is not required to win. Winners unable to attend the award breakfast and presentation will receive their award mid-April 2018 by mail.
Last year’s award ceremony was hosted during a special breakfast on the second day of CXFusion and covered categories like Positive ROI, Most Improved, Global Impact of a CX Program, and Other Enhancements Within a Program. Winners included (but not limited to) Associated Bank, Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, C.H. Robinson, Enterprise Rental, and Bangor Savings Bank.
