Today is CX day, in which we globally celebrate companies and professionals that create great experiences for their customers and employees.

As companies and professionals, this is a day when we can reflect on the various customer experience milestones that have been achieved this year, and rededicate ourselves to our customer experience goals.

Here are 3 ways you can join in the CX Day celebration:

Recognize colleagues and fellow employees for going the extra mile. You can do this by tweeting with the #CXDay2019 tag, or even by leaving a simple sticky note on their desk. Celebrating is best when it’s done together!

Join the CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) in their Worldwide Toast to CX. No matter where you are, grab your favorite drink and join the CX community in a global toast. Add your virtual toast to social media and tag #CXDayToast2019

Celebrate with your company! Bring teams together to talk about achievements and share future goals. There’s nothing better than having a good ole’ fashioned party with the people who make excellent customer experience happen.
