Shawn St. Clair provides syndicated and benchmarking research consultation to clients, develops and tests new syndicated products, facilitates continuous improvement of existing studies, and manages the MaritzCX syndicated studies portfolio. Shawn also has tracked consumer opinion within autonomous and what factors OEMs will need to focus on. Shawn has over 20 years of experience conducting and overseeing automotive product quality and customer experience programs at MaritzCX and TNS. Previously, Shawn held several positions including Director of Product Research and Senior Program Manager. Shawn completed a BBA and MBA from the University of Toledo. In his free time, Shawn researches and writes on baseball history and is an amateur chauffer for his son Max, who plays travel hockey.
