Roger Conant

Roger Conant currently works at Group 1 Automotive, where he specializes in supporting retention and OnStar leads for all 13 of Group 1 General Motors service centers. His recent experience as Customer Experience Manager (service center exclusively) for one of the largest Buick GMC dealers in the country, gave him a unique view of the realities of retention and customer experience with GM vehicle owners. Roger has worked in retail automotive for 20 plus years--half working in the actual retail environment and half working for suppliers who served retail auto. He has also spent time in dealer sales, both new and used, for Volvo of Houston. This broad experience gives him an unusual, 20,000-foot view of the industry, and specifically the dealer service center.
