Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Experience Officer, Bangor Savings Bank Joyce Clark Sarnacki is a 40-year veteran of the banking industry in a variety of senior consumer banking and marketing positions, leading to her current role as Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Bangor Savings Bank, where she oversees internal and external Customer Experience initiatives, Marketing and Community Relations activities, as well as Community Development Banking. A Belfast, Maine native, Ms. Sarnacki attended the University of Maine and Husson University and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College. She is also a graduate of the Theta Class of Leadership Maine, a statewide leadership program offered through the Maine Development Foundation.
