As Director of Client Experience, Jacqui Darcy leads the client experience team. Jacqui brings over 15 years of experience in the CX and account
management arena and is a fierce advocate for the client. She provides leadership, oversight, and is responsible for strategy and execution of the company-wide Voice of the Client program. She engages with executives and senior leadership team to execute on action plans to drive client experience and strategic initiatives, leveraging client insights and feedback. She also develops mutually beneficial
relationships with external vendors and research firms. She works collaboratively and cross-functionally to effectively leverage resources across the entire organization.
