As a Senior Research Manager of the Financial Services Sector, Ellen is responsible for overseeing all phases of the design and execution of research projects including: proposal development, questionnaire writing, research execution, and report writing and presentation.
Ellen has worked in research since 2000 in a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, and consumer package goods. She has worked on many large, custom research studies. Her experience includes numerous research methodologies, such as attitude and usage, segmentation, concept testing, and product testing, among others, as well as various data collection methodologies, with a focus on online and phone.
Prior to joining MaritzCX in October 2010, Ellen worked at MarketTools and Synovate. She has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University
