Doug Smith

Doug Smith is the Senior Research Manager for the Virtual Customers division of MaritzCX. He is responsible for gathering and analyzing all data for the company’s Mystery Shopping programs. Considering himself more of a Storyteller than a Statistician, Doug’s role is to help clients see the underlying thread that pieces all the various data points together and gives them a clear, actionable route to improve and enhance both their mystery shopping programs and their overall brand performance.
