Drive Incremental Revenue Growth: Get the Forrester Customer Experience Index Surveys on the MaritzCX Platform


MaritzCX and Forrester have partnered to provide Forrester’s Customer Experience Index (CX Index™) surveys within the MaritzCX Platform. This partnership gives MaritzCX customers access to pre-built survey templates across 17 industries.

Forrester’s CX Index gives organisations insight into their customer experience quality, the competitive landscape, and areas for improvement to drive incremental revenue growth.

For CX practitioners who want to use the Forrester Customer Experience Index questions and methodology, they are available as pre-built surveys that help you get faster time to market to collect data.


Once the survey is active, data will be sent to Forrester to calculate the proprietary CX Index score for individuals who complete the survey. Data from the survey can then be used for all of the product features within the MaritzCX platform, or exported in any way you may choose. Customers interested in comparing their scores to industry benchmarks can subscribe to Forrester’s benchmark study to view the full data directly in Forrester’s CX Index Platform.
